I found a large cockroach in my bathroom—disgusting! The air conditioning barely worked, making it hard to sleep. I also had to remind the staff multiple times about a leaking toilet before they finally fixed it. I expected better cleanliness and upkeep from a boutique hotel.

Had an amazing time with friends! The Riad is situated conveniently close to the Medina and Jema El-Fna, making it easy for us to explore local markets and the vibrant scene. The breakfast was a treat, and the staff went above and beyond, making us feel at home. The SPA area was a perfect spot to unwind after our adventures.
The only downside was that the tour guide recommended to us felt a bit overpriced, which was something we realized only after our trip.

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, offering wonderful advice about attractions. We enjoyed daily complimentary tea that was a delightful treat in the evenings. The terrace had a charming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The Double Room was super cozy and the bed was really comfortable. I loved the Moroccan-style decor—it gave such a nice vibe! But honestly, it was a really nice space to come back to after exploring Marrakech.
